1. Launch of Educational Program
Date: March 15, 2018
Activity:
Under the leadership of Zulfiqar Shaam (President), the "Shidi Educational Development Plan" was launched, providing educational scholarships for Sheedi children. Sagar Sheedi (General Secretary) led a campaign to increase school enrollments among the community.
Objective: To provide educational opportunities for Sheedi children and help them advance academically.
2. Free Health Camp Organization
Date: June 2, 2019
Activity:
Supervised by Mir Mohammad Sheedi (Senior Vice President), a "Health is Everything" free medical camp was set up for the Sheedi community. A team of expert doctors conducted health check-ups and provided free medicines to community members.
Objective: To address health issues within the community and raise health awareness.
3. Protest for Sheedi Community's Rights
Date: August 10, 2020
Activity:
Led by Ghulam Murtaza Sheedi (Vice President), large-scale protests were organized in various cities of Sindh. Thousands of Shidi community members participated and demanded special measures from the government for the community's welfare.
Objective: To protect the rights of the Sheedi community and improve their socio-economic and educational conditions.
4. Workshop for Women Empowerment
Date: November 25, 2021
Activity:
Under the guidance of Zulfiqar Shaam (President), a workshop on women’s empowerment was conducted, where Sheedi women were educated about their rights, and legal assistance information was provided to them.
Objective: To empower Shidi women socially and economically.
5. National Development Program for Sheedi Community
Date: March 5, 2022
Activity:
A joint initiative by Sagar Sheedi (General Secretary) and Mir Mohammad Sheedi (Senior Vice President) for the "Economic Development of the Sheedi Community" was launched. This project provided loans for businesses, vocational training, and employment opportunities to members of the Shidi community.
Objective: To make the Sheedi community economically self-sufficient.
